Nqpetro and Fitsafe Technologies have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on a national scale. The agreement will give exclusive commercial rights to the broaching of tanks to Nqpetro with all works to be performed by their trained and accredited personnel.

Fitsafe Technologies provides technology enabling retro-fitted tank and line fittings to be affixed to underground tanks. They also engage in the drilling and cutting of tanks to enable auto tank gauges to be safely inserted into underground tanks.

• Utilising a national petroleum industry contractor such as Nqpetro enables the most cost-efficient provision of the Fitsafe Technologies’ tech across Australia. *
• Nqpetro has all the necessary insurances in place to ensure coverage irrespective of program size.
• Nqpetro can provide the responsiveness required in current ATG retrofit programs which, in turn, will provide peace of mind to clients.

*This approach was successfully demonstrated in the 2008-2012 Shell Automatic Tank Gauging (ATG) retrofit program where a national industry provider achieved 2600 Fitsafe Technologies kits fitted and some 2300+ broaches performed during that period.
